The widget loads as a script tag on your domain. You bind an application with a public token and documented configuration attributes.

Installation

The install guide lists required attributes (`data-widget-token`, `data-app-id`) and options (locale, position, accent colour, optional API override).

Once added, the widget opens the conversation panel without leaving your funnel.

Identity and context

You can keep the widget anonymous or pass a user token signed by your backend when you need role, account or locale from your systems.

Variables surfaced to the widget help answers reflect your CRM or segments when you wire them server-side.

Native actions

On your own pages you can register JavaScript functions the agent may describe and trigger when the conversation requires it, within safeguards you implement.
