The Free plan is strictly capped. On paid plans, access stays open: we send email alerts at 80% and 95% of monthly AI credits (to addresses saved in conversation notification settings), and the console also highlights usage above 80%. Overage may appear on the next invoice depending on your policy.
Yes. Upgrades are immediate and prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. Everything is handled from the Stripe portal in the admin console.
The Free plan is available without a credit card. For paid plans, your Customer Success Manager can enable a trial on request.
