What happens if I exceed my plan?+

Without an active subscription, access is blocked. On paid plans, access stays open: we send email alerts at 80% and 95% of monthly AI credits (to addresses saved in conversation notification settings), and the console also highlights usage above 80%. Overage may appear on the next invoice depending on your policy.

Can I switch plans at any time?+

Yes. Upgrades are immediate and prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. Everything is handled from the Stripe portal in the admin console.

Is there a trial?+

A trial can be enabled on request through your Customer Success Manager when subscribing to a paid plan.
