Agents for sales, support and customer care
Each agent belongs to a Guidia application. You configure it in the admin console: profile, instructions and allowed scope.
Role in your product
The agent talks to visitors and signed-in users from the widget or flows you turn on. It draws on your knowledge base and on connectors you explicitly allow.
The console groups agents, their profiles and conversation history so teams can monitor work and hand off to a human when needed.
Profile and instructions
A profile bundles tone, business context and rules the agent should follow. You can keep multiple profiles when use cases diverge (for example first-line support versus sales qualification).
Updates apply through configuration; you stay in control of messaging and boundaries.
Tools the agent may call
Integrations and actions available to an agent are the ones you select in the console. That keeps unintended capabilities out of scope.
Native actions registered on your own site extend this surface when the widget runs inside your UI.
