This policy explains how Navinspire IA, the publisher of Guidia, collects and uses personal data when you visit our website, use our platform or talk with a Guidia agent.

1. Data controller

Navinspire IA is the controller for processing related to our website and customer account management. For conversations held by a Guidia agent on a customer's website, that customer is the controller and Navinspire IA acts as a processor on its behalf.

2. Data we collect

  • Account: name, email address, company, billing information.
  • Conversations: messages exchanged with an agent, voice recordings during voice sessions, contact details you choose to share.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, pages visited, security logs.

3. Purposes

  • Provide, maintain and improve the platform and agents.
  • Answer your requests and arrange demos.
  • Secure the service and prevent abuse.
  • Handle billing and meet our legal obligations.

4. Legal bases

We process your data on the basis of contract performance, our legitimate interests (security, service improvement), your consent where required, and our legal obligations.

5. Recipients and processors

We never sell your data. It is only accessible to our authorized staff and to technical providers bound by confidentiality commitments: hosting and database (Supabase, Amazon Web Services) and AI model providers used to generate answers (including Google Cloud Vertex AI). Where data is transferred outside the European Union, those transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Account data is kept for the duration of the contract and then for the periods required by law.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email contact@navinspire.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr).

8. Cookies

We only use the cookies and local storage needed for the service to work: session, language preference, security and conversation continuity.

We may update this policy. The last updated date is shown at the top of this page.
