How to connect

Create the app in the Shopify Dev Dashboard, set read_products and read_inventory scopes, release a version and install it on this store (same organization). Guidia renews the 24-hour token automatically.

From connection to conversation

  1. 01

    Choose the application

    In Data sources, select the application that will receive the offers, then add your provider.

  2. 02

    Check the data

    Test the connection and inspect a preview. For APIs, databases and storage, configure which fields to publish to the catalog.

  3. 03

    Publish and try

    Start publication or Property Finder synchronization. Check offers, prices and media in Products or Properties, then in chat and Live.

The same offers in your widget, chat and voice.

The agent uses the application’s published catalog. Connecting alone does not publish data. Keys stay on the server; only authorized fields and media enter the catalog.
